From I-5 southbound
Take Denny/Stewart exit, which puts you directly onto Stewart Street.
Follow Stewart Street west to Fourth Avenue.
Turn right onto Fourth Avenue.
Follow Fourth Avenue north about two blocks.
We are on the left between Lenora and Blanchard.
From I-5 Northbound
Take the Seneca Street exit (on the left side of the freeway).
Take Seneca Street west two blocks to Fourth Avenue.
Turn right onto Fourth Avenue.
Follow Fourth Avenue north about seven blocks.
We are on the left between Lenora and Blanchard.
From I-90
Take the I-5 North exit.
Take the madison Street exit off I-5.
Turn left onto Madison from the right lane.
Follow Madison two blocks west to Fourth Avenue.
Turn right onto Fourth Avenue.
Follow Fourth Avenue north about nine blocks.
We are on the left between Lenora and Blanchard.
From Route 99 (Aurora Avenue) Southbound
Take the Denny Way/Downtown exit.
Bear right onto Wall street.
Turn left onto Fifth Avenue.
Follow Fifth Avenue south to Lenora Street.
Turn right onto Lenora Street.
Turn right onto Fourth Avenue.
We are on the left between Lenora and Blanchard.
From Route 99 (Alaska Way Viaduct) Northbound
Take the Seneca Street exit.
Turn left onto First Avenue.
Turn right onto Virginia Street.
Turn left onto Fourth Avenue.
We are on the left between Lenora and Blanchard.
Notes about one-way streets
Fourth and Sixth Avenues are one-way northbound.
Fifth Avenue is one-way southbound.
Stewart, Lenora and Bell Streets are one-way westbound.
Virginia, Blanchard and Battery Streets are one-way eastbound.
Parking
There is on-street parking available in the neighborhood. There is also valet parking in the underground
parking garage off Lenora Street between Third and Fourth.
