Randy graduated cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in 2000, and joined the Seattle offices of Bullivant Houser Bailey as an Associate Attorney specializing in insurance coverage law and litigation. In 2002 Randy left Bullivant to found his own firm, Ashcroft Legal & Escrow Services, PLLC in Kirkland, WA. At Ashcroft, Randy's practice was primarily focused on real estate law and transactions. Randy owned an operated Ashcroft until the summer of 2011.

  • In 2010, Randy also became a member of the Demco Law Firm where he continued to practice real estate and distressed property law before joining Harrison Benis & Spence, LLP as their designated Distressed Property Attorney in November of 2011.
